Location was good. View was 10 stars, outstanding. We saw tropical fish, a sea turtle, and many surfers from our lanai. This is just a condo, not a resort, so the outside area is ok, but not as pretty as a resort, but we knew what we were renting, so it didn’t matter to us. Condo was clean, kitchen was well equipped, bath and walk-in shower was very nice. Beds and sleeping area were comfortable. Our only complaint was that the furniture in the dining area and den was very worn, dated and uncomfortable. If this furniture was updated, I could give this a 5 star rating. If the furniture was replaced, I would consider staying here on future visits.

Highly recommend. We were one couple and stayed for 8 days. The top-floor location right on the water is amazing! We liked that is was out of the hub-bub of Kailua-Kona downtown which had 2000+ cruise ship passengers daily (condo is 3 miles south). The AC is wonderful. We spent a lot of time on the deck watching the sunsets, surfers, fish, and sea turtles below. The kitchen could use more items - like more silverware and a salad bowl or two. This unit supplies NO food "staples" (some do, some don't. This one doesn't!). The design of these condos include shoji screen doors across the ocean-side bedroom (although this provides visual privacy - it does not provide sound privacy - something to consider if you're sharing the unit.). The unit includes one parking spot in the parking garage. We walked south one mile to the Magics Beach Grill for a fabulous lunch and viewing of the people playing in the surf. We had a fabulous week. We never used the pool, hot tub, BBQ, or community room.

Watching Surfers

The place was clean, easy to keep cool, and you couldn’t beat the view. Lots of stuff to take to the beach and sitting out watching the surfers everyday was a highlight! Even saw some dolphins.

A beautiful ocean view. Whether sleeping at night or even during the day- we loved to hear the ocean and sunsets were stunning! A few issues when we first arrived- but property management was prompt and attentive and fixed everything within 2 days. Would love to stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay here

We absolutely loved our stay here. I took the bedroom right off the living room. There are pocket doors that divide the room and offer privacy. I slept with the sliding door open so I could hear the ocean all night and the breeze was wonderful. It is so peaceful there. This is a large space and plenty of room for the 3 of us. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a fold out couch. Everything you need is provided for a beach day from coolers to beach chairs, beach towels, snorkeling gear. There was even aloe vera in the bathroom which was very much needed. This location is away from the hustle and lack of parking in the downtown area but close enough to drive to. It was very clean, comfy bed and pillows. The green and blue quilt in the closet was my second favorite thing in the condo. The first being the view and sounds of the ocean. We would absolutely stay here again. Very responsive host who checked in on us a couple of times via text to see if we needed anything. Mahalo!

Beautiful oceanfront property with breathtaking views and ample space for our family of 5. We loved hearing the roar of the ocean. One day we even saw a pod of dolphins playing in the surf while we were sitting on the lanai. Very responsive host when we needed to contact them. We would definitely stay here again.

The short response: Great spot. We will absolutely rent again. Pool may require some skimming before each use. This place is a gem! Great little beach spot just off the property. Convenience store across the street. Amazing view and amenities on site. Amazing ocean sounds from the room. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Property is well kept and has a very private feel since it looks straight out to the ocean. Only down side was that the pool filter was left off most of our trip and the pool would be covered in bugs each morning on the weekend. I had to skim it myself and it took about 20 min before we felt comfortable going in.

We absolutely loved our stay. The place was roomy and had everything we needed. We especially loved that the Banyan Surf spot was right out side our deck. An easy walk down to surf (coral and lava rock a little tough on the feet) and easy to watch each other from the deck. Our four year old also loved exploring in the water and lava rocks. Beautiful white sand beaches were an easy drive away and all the shopping we needed was close by. Thanks for a great stay!

Great view and beautiful location. We watched people surfing every morning and night with a gorgeous sunset! The place also had good parking with easy access. The kitchen was clean and updated, bed was comfortable, and the shower was lovely (hello rain shower!). We also had access the Yahtzee, which was fun to play and see others who shared this beautiful spot. We appreciate having had the opportunity to stay at such a place on this beautiful island! My husband and I stayed here along with my brother and sister-in-law. The condo was clean and comfortable. The view from the lanai is absolutely incredible. We loved watching the surfers every morning while having coffee. The property managers were very easy to communicate with prior to our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying in this unit. The view, and the remodel made our trip wonderful. It was high surf so we had a bonus view of the surfers. We love to walk and we would walk into downtown Kona every morning. We hope to be back soon. Loved the master bathroom with the beautiful shower and space. Truly felt like we were on vacation. They offer AC which is wonderful but we never had to use it.We love hearing the sound of the waves crashing. We also love working with Adeline, she is attentive and very sweet.

Surfing and sunset from lanai was an unspeakable pleasure. In particular, I can still see the little boy who was good at surfing. There was no problem with the interior and it was comfortable.

Perfect place for a Kona vacation

This condo was perfect for our trip to Kona. It was clean, comfortable and had enough room for the three of us. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The views were amazing. We tried to be home each evening just to watch the sunset from the balcony. It was also entertaining to watch the surfers. They were out from 6 am to after sunset each day. During our stay, Kona was experiencing a heat wave so we were thankful that the unit had AC. We were still able to leave it off most of the time and experience the ocean breeze and listen to the waves crashing below. The property was well maintained and during our stay it never seemed crowded.

WE really love the condo and it's amenities.Everything was new and the shower in the master bath was great.The views from the lanai and the sound of the ocean was so relaxing.We slept with the lanai doors open every night to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean.We would definitely go back again.Great place.
