Only a few minutes from Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, in the charming little town of Volcano Village, you will find peace and privacy in your well-appointed rainforest home nestled on a half acre of ohia & hapu’u (tree ferns).
Feel immersed in nature. Awaken to the song of tropical birds and the whisper of giant hapu’u ferns swaying outside your windows.
Spend the day:
• Discovering Pele’s wonders in the park
• Swimming with the sea turtles at nearby Punalu’u black sand beach
• Wandering old Hilo Town, just 30 minutes away. Some amazing waterfalls are also a short drive as well.
• Have dinner at one of the fine Volcano Village restaurants.
• Cook a romantic meal in your fully equipped kitchen and enjoy it on the glass-enclosed lanai.
• Sit back and relax by the fireplace (wood awaits) with a good book or a movie.
When you enter your home away from home, it will greet you with warm cedar walls and a wrap-around sofa in the living room complete with an entertainment center and wood-burning stove. Our full kitchen awaits your culinary skills. Three bedrooms boast Hawaiian quilts and abundant linens will ensure your comfort.
