This single level, Ranch style home wraps around the swimming pool, and has 2 main living areas. A comfortable den contains large chairs, TV and a desk. The main living room has a dining table, sofa seating area, and an attractive, modern kitchen. Independent AC cools each bedroom.

Beautiful live edge wooden countertops, a large island, high back stools and quality appliances make the kitchen a pleasure to use.

The private grounds qualify as spectacular. You will find a covered Bar/BBQ pergolla, chaise lounges, and grassy open space nestled in among the greenery, dotted here and there with bright tropical flowers. The large pool is the home’s center piece. Beyond is an umbrella shaded dining table, set to take full advantage the home’s world class sunset views.

Because of this home's location, there is a limit of 3 cars at all times, and all vehicles must be parked on the driveway and not in the street.  Also, no guests other than the registered guests visit the property.  And please note we have a 5 night minimum stay.  We do have exterior security cameras and quiet hours start at 9 pm and end at 8 am.
